The modular blockchain project Elixir has announced the launch of the third phase of Apothecary and will launch the first phase of the mainnet on October 31.

This phase focuses on dApps, but introduces a more standardized funding method, mainly covering game, NFT, social, DAO, DeFi and other verticals.
